I help women heal from stress and overwhelm so they can feel calmer, reconnect with their bodies and feminine energy, and feel at home within themselves again.

I know what it’s like to live in constant overwhelm. For years I looked like I was coping, but inside I felt exhausted, tense, and disconnected. I kept trying to “fix myself,” believing something was wrong, when really my body was craving peace, gentleness, and calm, not more pressure.

The real turning point came when I finally slowed down, listened to my body, and began creating gentle rituals that soothed my nervous system and helped me feel grounded, clearer, and more aligned with myself again.
